the hotel has large and recently refurbished rooms complete with overall excellent value. the dinner in the outdoor restaurant is what you need.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet area near Unterschleissheim, the airport, and subway. Modern double room with excellent value. Great central location in the city.

Fairly quiet units with overall excellent value, and kind staff. Great and perfect location in an industrial area which is very quiet during weekends, easy to get around. A wide range of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Missing curtains in the room, no privacy! Light is broken. Extra bed is camping bed, very uncomfortable. Terrible beds in main bedroom. Restaurant closed without mentioning at the booking, in cold winter night no where to find place for dinner. Never again with such a hotel!!!

The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Unterschleissheim, close to the Lohof railway station, the S-Bahn, and easy access to other parts of Germany. the outdoor restaurant at the hotel was a lovely spot for both dinner and breakfast. - the staff provided excellent assistance with parking on site.

Very well located close to the World Cup Rowing venue in Oberschliessheim. Easy and free parking. Great breakfast - good variety and plenty of it!

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. No air conditioning. Inadequate bar & tv facilities. Where's the gym?

Fairly quiet and newly decorated room, had a fantastic stay on a business trip. Spicy food, marvellous location by taxi or local transport. And so close to the Lohof railway station, and the center of Munich.

The room upgrade at Victor's Residenz-Hotel Munchen was absolutely amazing! I felt like I was staying in a luxurious penthouse suite. The bed was so comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing. I also loved having a big flat-screen TV with great channels and a minibar at my disposal. The Nespresso® coffee machine was a real treat, and I even made free phone calls to talk to my loved ones back home. It was the perfect room for a guest like me who loves the finer things in life!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the selected Sky TV channels. But hey, I understand that everyone's taste is different, and some guests might still find enjoyment in it.

The location , the restaurant and the bar were very good

I believe this Hotel deserves only 3 stars and not 4 stars. Rooms are tiny and the shower is tiny also..... There is no fitness room....

The employees were amazingly efficient. the location was good and absolutely perfect, far away from the main city center. - the bed was extremely comfy. - It was just off taxi or local transport.

I had a great stay here!! The staff were friendly, the room was lovely and the service was great! The price was a little expensive but everywhere in Munich was due to the football! Had a great stay and would recommend to anyone. If I come to Munich again I would re book

Loved central heating, flat-screen television, and a seating area in the room. The bathroom was good and beds were very comfy. Location: the hotel was short walk to subway station

The staff here is super efficient and really friendly. Plus, you can easily find a spot to park your car nearby 🚗.

Friendly staff, Pleasant German feel to the lobby / bar / restaurant. Good breakfast.

I was not charged for my bar / food bill. I highlighted this but have to wait for the charges to come through later. This is difficult for making a claim.
